Hardwood Installation & Refinishing

This project involved the complete removal of existing carpet throughout the home to prepare the space for new hardwood flooring. Once the carpet was removed and properly disposed of, 3.25-inch unfinished hardwood flooring was installed on the second floor with careful attention to layout, spacing, and alignment to ensure a clean and consistent appearance.

After the installation was complete, the entire home was sanded to blend the new hardwood seamlessly with the existing hardwood flooring on the first floor and staircase. This process ensured uniform color, texture, and finish across all levels of the home, creating a smooth and continuous look throughout the space.

The result is a cohesive, natural hardwood finish that enhances both the appearance and durability of the home. With the flooring completed prior to move-in, the homeowners can enjoy a timeless hardwood floor system that provides long-lasting performance and a consistent, polished look throughout the entire home.
